Testimonial from a member of our Team

"I have been with the Organisation now for just over seven months.

Prior to joining, I was a chef for over 21 years.

It was a big decision in my life to change careers after such a long time in the same trade and with no

experience outside of hospitality.

But, after a couple of years of ups and downs and uncertainty, I decided now was as good a time as any.

I wanted a complete change - primarily to find a career that made me feel I was making a difference

and rewarding in its outcomes.

So, I looked at a career in the care sector and this organisation jumped out as it was an opportunity for

me to train and learn a new and rewarding career path.

It is very much a decision I do not regret.

I am so glad I bit the bullet and joined a good company with great co-workers and a brilliant bunch of people we support.

Best decision I’ve made in a long time."
